Description :
The Punjab Police recruitment board has notified 1746 Constable posts in the District Police Cadre of the Punjab Police. The application process will begin on February 15 and the deadline for the submission of application forms is March 8. Interested candidates will be able to apply online through the official website at www.punjabpolice.gov.in. he recruitment drive intends to fill 1746 Constable positions, 570 of which are reserved for female applicants.
Eligibility Criteria :
The candidates should be between the age of 18 to 28 years as on January 1 2023. Candidates should have passed 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognized Education Board/University. For the Ex-Servicemen, the minimum educational qualification shall be Matriculation.
Other Information :
The selection procedure consists of three stages: Stage-I (Computer Based, Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) Type Papers — Paper-I and Paper-II, of which Paper-II shall be qualifying in nature), Stage-II (Physical Measurement Test (PMT) and Physical Screening Test), and Stage-III (Document Scrutiny).
